About Me

I used to live in fear loops in my head.

For many years, I was caught in a loop of health anxiety that most people wouldn’t even recognise as anxiety. It wasn’t just “worrying.” It was a full-body experience. A hit of pure adrenaline from a word, a twitch, a quiet afternoon. One minute fine; the next, convinced something was catastrophically wrong.

The spiral didn’t stay in my thoughts, in my head. It turned into panic attacks, hospital visits, doctor appointments, disordered breathing. Eventually, that constant high-alert state led to total burnout.

I did the work so you don’t have to guess.

I spent years trying to find my way out. Hypno, chiro, osteo, counselling, coaching, online courses, EFT, NSA, EMDR – if there was an acronym promising nervous system relief, I tried it. Each one taught me something but nothing seemed to be the thing to make my brain stop thinking worst-case scenario all the time.

Reset. Reframe. Reinstall.

I took everything I learned and distilled into three steps that actually moved the needle for me.

  • Reset: Calm the physiological panic. Bring the body back to baseline before the brain can do anything useful.
  • Reframe: Interrupt the catastrophe story. Not with toxic positivity but with a real, mechanical framework to rewrite what your nervous system is reading as “threat.”
  • Reinstall: Solidify the version of you who is back in the driver’s seat. Not the anxious one. The one who knows how to handle it. The person you want to be in the future.

This is the system I wish I’d had a decade ago.

And the one i’ll teach my kids to use. It works. I’m not immune now. I just know exactly what to do when it starts to make it stop. And that changes everything.

This isn’t about fixing you, because there is nothing wrong with you. It’s about learning to work with your mind instead of being dragged along by it.
