3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

4. Digital Products — Delivery & Access

Digital products (PDFs and audio files) will be made available for download immediately upon successful payment. A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
You may download your digital products a reasonable number of times for personal use. You must not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce digital products without our express written permission.

5. Physical Products — Shipping

Physical products (journals) will typically be dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

• New Zealand & Australia — typically 14 business days
• International — timeframes vary by destination

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, please contact us at hello@ctrlaltbelieve.co and we will do our best to resolve it.
Physical Products: If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Change of mind returns are not accepted for physical products once shipped. This is consistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).

7. Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over any conflicting terms.
